Hosea 12:13-14

¹³ Jacob fled to the country of Aram;
    Israel did service to obtain a wife,
    paying for her by tending sheep.
¹⁴ By a prophet^[a] the Lord brought Israel out of Egypt,
    and by a prophet they were protected.
